  • Create a unified parent group to support all girls and coaches on and off the field.

  • Ensure parents do not make excuses for their daughter's poor performance on the field.

  • To provide both financial and emotional support for their daughter's growth and success in this sport.

  • Demonstrating support for LH by wearing official apparel and actively endorsing the club where their daughter plays.

  • Cheer for our team while being respectful to our opponents.

  • Speak respectfully to Ladyhawks coaches, other players, and parents in the organization.

  • Show respect for the umpires as they are a part of the game.

  • Consult with coaches to identify the most appropriate solution for both the team and the athlete, regardless of any frustrations that may arise.

  • Foster a team and organizational culture that attracts others and inspires them to become part of LH.

  • Encourage your daughters to be great teammates.

  • Ensure that players arrive at games ahead of the scheduled start time rather than arriving exactly on time.
