Lindsay Monk

With over seven years of coaching experience at both the high school and travel ball levels, Coach Lindsay brings a deep passion for player development and team leadership. Known for her emphasis on fundamental skills, she is dedicated to helping athletes build a strong foundation that leads to long-term success—both on and off the field.

Softball has been a significant part of Lindsay’s life since her childhood in Southern California. After attending Riverside Community College, she transferred to the University of Washington, where she was a member of the 2013 team that competed in the College World Series.

Coach Lindsay’s philosophy extends beyond the game itself. She is committed to developing strong, confident young women who thrive not only as athletes but also as leaders in life.  Her coaching approach emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and mental toughness, equipping her players with the tools they need to succeed far beyond the diamond.

She is excited to lead a driven group of young women, united by a shared vision and an unwavering commitment to growth.  Coach Lindsay looks forward to building a program defined by hard work, dedication, and high standards.
