Washington Ladyhawks – 31 Years of Excellence

The Washington Ladyhawks take great pride in a program that has been a staple of fastpitch softball in the Pacific Northwest for over 31 years. Throughout our history, we have worked to grow and elevate the game of softball in our region while providing athletes with opportunities to develop both on and off the field.

Over the years, the Ladyhawks have helped more than 700 athletes continue their softball careers at the collegiate level, from Power Conference Division I programs to junior colleges across the country.

The Washington Ladyhawks were also one of the first organizations to introduce organizational workouts and position-specific mini camps for our athletes. These additional training opportunities are provided at no cost to our players and are designed to help them expand their skills and continue their development outside of regular team practices.

Our athletes have access to a state-of-the-art 40,000-square-foot training facility, featuring full infields, bullpens, batting cages, and year-round training opportunities. This commitment to player development helps create an environment where athletes can reach their full potential.
